The Delaware County Transportation Management Association will hold its 22ndAnnual TDM Municipal Conference & Trade Show, on Wednesday, May 1,2024 at the Drexelbrook Events Center.  This year we are partnering with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, PennDOT, and SEPTA to make this a larger scale event. Municipal employees and elected officials can attend this event FREE of charge. This year’s conference theme is Investments in Multimodal Infrastructure: Walking and Biking and Transit, Oh My!

BREAKOUT SESSIONS
PDH credits will be offered to engineers for the keynote and the breakout sessions at this conference.

This conference will feature four educational breakout sessions and an exhibit area with products and services that are of interest to our local government leaders, municipal managers and public works officials. The event will also educate attendees on how to take advantage of unprecedented funding streams for infrastructure, all towards a goal of cleaner, more efficient transportation.

Municipal Managers, School Transportation and Facilities Managers, elected officials, engineers, road and highway managers, maintenance crews, emergency services personnel, environmental, zoning, and planning committee members are sure to benefit from this networking and learning opportunity. More than 200 planning officials, engineers, and other transportation industry experts from municipalities throughout Delaware County are expected to attend.

Keynote Speaker:

Kenneth E. Lawrence, Jr.,
SEPTA Board Chair
Lawrence, the former Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, joined the SEPTA Board in September 2011, and has served as the SEPTA Board Vice Chair since February 2021. He is also a former member of the SEPTA Citizens Advisory Committee.
A well-known leader in the region, Lawrence is Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Southeastern Pennsylvania at Highmark Blue Shield. He has an established track record of serving and improving communities across the Commonwealth through roles at Temple University, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Merck & Co., and the consulting firm he founded, Public Affairs Strategies.
Lawrence has previously served on the boards of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association, and Schuylkill River Development Corporation.

Private/commercial attendees or those working at businesses outside of Delaware County are $20. We accept PayPal payments and payment by check to Delaware County TMA at 102 W. Front Street Media, PA 19063.
All non-registered guests $20 at the door.
